Welcome here to The Angelic Butterfly. Life is a wild journey. I want to spend time with you to remind you of your worthiness. My intention is to empower individuals to achieve healing, inner peace, harmony and balance in their lives.
Reiki
Reiki is not religious, it is spiritual in nature and stems from unconditional love and is not harmful. Reiki can help shift you from the sympathetic nervous system (fight, flight or freeze) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest).
It can help promote healing in the mind, body and spirit. It's a powerful healing tool to help decrease stress & anxiety. It is known to help improve sleep, reduce pain & lower blood pressure. It may help improve your mood & emotional well being as well as helping bring harmony & balance to you.
Healing & guided meditation may help you in your daily life as well as your life's journey.

MY STORY
Founded in 2021, The Angelic Butterfly has been dedicated to providing Reiki services to individuals, families, and clients throughout the local community and beyond.
My name is Debi and I am deeply grateful for the healing and transformation I have experienced in my life. I understand what it feels like to face trauma, addiction, and the loneliness that can come with life's challenges.
At a young age I experienced a traumatic dog attack that left lasting emotional effects. Through my journey, I have come to understand the impact of trauma and the feelings of fear, fight, flight, or freeze responses that can arise from difficult experiences. I also know what it is like to lose yourself in pain and place blame on yourself and those outside of yourself.
Today, I celebrate more than 26 years of freedom from active addiction. Along the way, I have learned powerful tools for healing, self-discovery, forgiveness, and personal growth. Most importantly, I have learned to forgive myself.
My daily spiritual practice helps me stay grounded, connected to the Earth, and aligned with the Universe/Creator. Reiki has become an essential part of my life, supporting my well-being and guiding me on my healing journey every day.
It is my passion to share these healing tools and experiences with others, helping you find balance, peace, and a deeper connection to yourself.
